Ragdoll Too Heavy? 0 Mass has no effect

I was asked to create a strip of ragdollable duct tape for someone, but when I compiled it was so heavy I was unable even to rotate the object in any direction. I normally work with humanoid ragdolls, so don’t have much experience with smaller ragdolls or prop like items.

maybe someone can testout the ragdoll, and offer ideas on why it’s so difficult to pose with? maybe its because its too small?

I didn’t have any major problems Sir. Only a minor discrepancy with one or more of the bones which prevented me from moving the strip while grabbing.

yeah that would be more or less the issue, it’s a bitch to move. but why? with a smaller mass it should be practically floating. but it seems the bones are pulling down so much, it’s hard to pose with.

maybe it’s a collision model issue

It’s way too small for source’s physics. Having too small collision models usually fucks everything up.
