Razorback team gib colors

I’m working on a series of Gundam themed custom models for the razorback. I’m making them team colored because the subject matter doesn’t use mostly neutral colors like the standard razorback does. so far they work well except for a small problem. the blue gibs (the two broken halves of the shield after it gets stabbed) always revert back to my red colored texture. other than that, the models and the team colors work great.

in the model viewer one of the gibs is working correctly with both colors. but the other gib only displays red even when i select skin 2. i think that’s just the model viewer being stupid, i’ve had that issue with some of my hats.

i’m pretty sure all my .qc configuration is correct.

so the only the only thing i can think of is that its something to do with the way the razorback is coded. i don’t really know anything about that side of things though.

im a little confused by that. so im not sure if i need to be doing that in my qc or not.

does anybody have any insight on this? i’ve looked for working examples but i can’t find a single custom razorback skin that supports team colors. :confused:

im planing on making chargein’ targe versions. but the razor back seemed easier to mod so i started doing that first.
