Reflect and Refract shader resolution cvars

I don’t normally belong in this section, but this has been driving me nuts.

I distinctly remember there being cvars with similar behaviour to r_flashlightdepthres, but to set the resolution of the refract screenspace capture and the reflect capture used in the water shader. I also recollect there being one for the rendertarget resolution, but I could be mistaken. I ran across them quite some time ago and had them modified in my launch options, but since a recent update my launch commands have been wiped. (I stupidly never saved a backup.)

Would anyone around here have any knowledge of these commands? I’ve scoured multiple cvar lists and tweaking guides with no luck, and throwing guesses at the names isn’t getting me very far, sadly.
