Respawing Prop Only When Destroyed

How do I go about getting a prop to respawn only when its destroyed?

Ive tried the valve wiki’s examples but one isnt ideal and the others bugged. Any ideas/help?

I need it for a gamemode. Im not a mapper, have some mapping experience though.

I think you could make a template for the item, then on model output

OnBreak > [template] > Spawn

or something
