How can I make round edges without using bolean or something of that type?
Maybe there is some easy way ? or at least suggest me any way to make edges round.

See the handle? It has 1 side rounded, but the one which has a shape, has blocky shape. And I can’t figure out how to round it?
Help please.

Yes, the chamfer tool or just extruding the edges. Usually the most precise way is extruding by hand.

Presuming you use 3dsMax.

Chamfer/Bevel/Truncate.

Chamfer in your case.

Select the tool in edge mode, click on an edge and drag.
