Rounds don't start on TTT

On my server, rounds don’t start. We have tried force starting them with lua scripts, and that also didn’t work. Pretty annoying.

Also, when I hold certain weapons, I don’t have hands, and the weapons just float.

Anybody know why, and how I can fix it?

posted, and also i am going to reinstall TTT, i just need to do a backup of VGUI and entities folders so i don’t have to start from the ground up.

have it, the hands dissapeared yesterday at 5:30 PM exactly when rounds stopped starting.
