Hello Guys and Girls,

Over 1 Year i was working on this Map and soon it will be done.
**
What does it have?**

53 Apartments (4 hidden)
8 Shops
Train Station
**Canal **
Cave
Hospital
Bank
Secrets
Police Station (3 Cells,Execution Room, Gate Control, Teleporters)

This Map will come in Day, Night and Snow Version

Can you use something different for the images? I’ve been on the page for 4 minutes and more than half still haven’t loaded.

From what has loaded (or partially loaded), it looks very nice!

The colorful orange trees kinda go against the depressing grittiness of City 17, not unless that was intentional.

It looks really nice, but if you’re going for a HL2 look, I recommend a different mood, by changing the lighting a bit and the skybox.

It seems a little too joyful for a HL2 city map.

Aside from that, you did a fucking amazing job.

It’s honestly very generic. Nicely made, and I can see a good amount of effort has gone into it, but I see nothing I haven’t already seen in an RP map or another.

And the lighting is indeed too cheery for the City 17 ambiance.

I was planing doing something different, going away from hl2 (City 17) ambiance, the name “City2017” is just to placeholder because i dont know how i name it yet.

Seriously though, most of the buildings in the pictures are copypasted from the map. Pretty sure the mapper didn’t spend a year making this map.

Also to op: Fix the smokestacks. I’m sure smoke isn’t that black and doesn’t spread like peanut butter jelly. And fix the credits.

You should also credit whoever made City45, because yeah, that nexus is ripped straight from it.

I don’t really like to point out those stuffs, but you should at least credit the originals authors.
