Hello dear FacePunch, couple days ago some weird errors have been showing in my console, causing crash and insta restart of the server.

BFD: Warning: /home/demon/demonrp/serverfiles/core is truncated: expected core file size >= 1198907392, found: 1024000.

I have no idea, what might be the reason and I haven’t got any idea what might be the way to fix it up.

Can you run memtest86, or if this is a hosted server, get a tech to do it?

To add onto what Lavacano mentioned earlier… since this is a E3-1240 V2 it’s likely running ECC memory. Have your host check the logs (including the IPMI event logs). IPMI should show something like this if there is a memory issue… assuming you have logging enabled.

If memtest86+ (Don’t use memtest86) checks out after 10 hours then ask your host to swap you to another node.

Or just avoid the hassle and ask your host to swap you to another node from the start.
