Okay I understand the basics of rendering: If you’re not looking at an object, the engine won’t render the object.
However, I have a scripted entity which disappears as soon as the top-left pixel of the entity goes off of my screen. I’m guessing this is because gmod just assumes the entity only exists at that particular point. The entity is essentially a TexturedRect that is 512x512, so of course you can see why this would seem very glitchy when the entire thing disappears simply because the top-left pixel is off of the screen.
Any help or suggestions for how I can fix this are appreciated Thanks in advance!
