[SERVER] Client randomly crashes! I REALLY need help!

Hey Guys!
i have a big problem with my Server. The Clients randomly crashing after Mapchange.
Sometimes they can play 4 or 5 Maps befor it happend, sometime only 1 Map.

If i look in the “hl2_160424_crash_xxx.mdmp” this shows up:

The Server Console dont show any errors only -> “UserX dropt form Server”

I really dont know what i can do, also i dont know how to find it. I cant remove all addons. Its an Public Server and is mostly full, also the error is randomly i cant say if it helps only when i test it every time for 2 or 3 days and hope.

PS: I also vertify the Server data! So i test if Server data was wrong!
PPS: I use a Linux Root Server [Linux GPR0006 3.16.0-4-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.16.7-ckt20-1+deb8u3 (2016-01-17) x86_64 GNU/Linux]

I don’t think the crash dump you sent is related. It was made while the game was being closed through the quit button or whatever.

That means I’ve got pretty much 0 information on what could be happening. If you know anybody who is crashing often, try getting them to set cl_drawmonitors to 0 in their console (let me know if that helps at all).

I’ve been having the exact problems too. We’re having a TTT server like you and no matter what, clients will ALWAYS crash after X random map changes.
This is driving me nuts, as clients nor the server are throwing out any errors but a simple message from the server console saying “Dropped Y from server (Y timed out)”.

We’ll try the “cl_drawmonitors 0” thing in the meanwhile and report back if it works!

vEEGAZ do you use Pac3 or Ps2?

Yeah, we have PS2 and PAC3 installed into our server. You think those could be the issue?

Sorry for the bump but we’ve resolved it.

Pointshop2 by Kamshak was the reason of why clients kept crashing, we switched over to Pointshop by _undefined and now everything is smooth as butter.
