Server file download stops at cache download. 30 mins w/ no download progress

Attempting to join a server, and while ALREADY waiting 30 minutes to download a pistol viewmodel, It is now frozen at the cache download.

I can still open up steam overlay and all, as it is not actually frozen, and can even click the cancel, but the cache does not download and the progress bar never moves.

I’ve enabled all those fancy commands to enable custom files and all.

Here’s the error:

Oh, and as a sidenote, it’s now trying to download rp_coast_07_final.ain.bz2

I have no slapping idea what this is supposed to mean, but I already have that map (.bsp)

Hmmm, Something is blocking it. Check your firewall?

Also .ain is the Map Graph.

I don’t believe it is my firewall, since I tried it while off (Including premium firewall service & windows firewall).

What else could be blocking it?

usually when downloads take a super duper long time with absolutely no progress it means that they have FastDL set up but the URL it points to doesn’t exist - have you tried other servers?
