Server in/out net_graph spike at 30 players

Basically when my server gets to 30 players the net_graph in/out spikes up from 500 to 3000 and sometimes 6000.

Is there anything that I could remove/fix to help reduce or fix this.
1 script that I have on my server that Ii think might cause abit of this is rainbow physgun that constantly makes physguns pulse through colors.

(btw it’s a dark rp server)

The rainbow script will use vectors to work out what colour to change to next which wouldn’t really affect it seen as its a basic calculation
