SetPhysicsAttacker not working

Well, my gamemode is going well, except for one problem: when a player uses an SENT to kill another player, the player is not shown as the killer, instead, it says #sent_controlprop (the name of my SENT) killed them. I’ve tried SetOwner and SetPhysicsAttacker, and neither works.

After googling for a solution, I was not able to find out very much except that the physics attacker does not work with SENTs for some reason. What can I do to work around this?

How does the sent hurt other players?

Are you using ent:TakeDamage()

It hurts other players by colliding into them.
