SFM To GMOD Model Porting: Eyes Will Not Remain In A Neutral State

In my process of porting over SFM models for personal use in GMOD, i’ve encountered a bizarre problem regarding eyeballs on certain models. Other models do not appear to have this issue.

The engine itself will make the eyes position change based on the position of a player/client. This can be seen on NPCs/playermodels.

When i spawn the model in question the eyes will still continue to look at the player despite it being a “ragdoll”. Using the eye-poser will only keep them in place when you remain still. I have tried tinkering around the qc file and vmt to no avail.
