Showing a player's shadow in first person

Can it be done? It seems as if it will only draw if ShouldDrawLocalPlayer is returning true. However, in first person it must return false, or else you can see the inside of your head.

the only way i can think to do this is to use projectedtexture lights.
You could try replacing all of the lights in your map with projectedtexture lamps, although it could lag.
