Simple DOF fix?

i know, i should use Super DoF, but my card doesn’t support it, so i crash on render, anyways, simple DoF is based on the player’s position and view angles, so if you are a civilized human being (IE: using a camera) then the DOF gets messed up unless you noclip inside you camera. then, if your camera happens to move as well, well, you better memorize the buttons to press to sync with it (unless you wanna get crafty with LUA). any way of getting around this, or is it hardcoded, and ill have to write a script in LUA that fuses my head to the camera?

Tried disabling multicore rendering to fix the sdof crash?
