Skin looks weird.

Check mipmaps and thumb nails when you are saving the file.

You broke the envmap mask: the metrocop will have had reflection data in it’s alpha channel. For some reason, if you don’t flatten the image before saving to vtf with the photoshop plugin, it will wipe the alpha channel. Just open the original vtf and copy it’s alpha channel into your modded one. Should fix. Failing that, go into the vmt and remove anything related to $envmap

EDIT: And be sure to save it as a ‘Compressed Texture With Alpha’, or it won’t have an alpha channel at all.
