Why are there so many tf2 spy skins? Are there differences?

Well, this is a Gmod question. I’m talking about the ragdoll spy skins.
However, in retrospect, I guess this question is kind of pointless.
They are differences.
Use this STool on every skin.
The different faces on each Mask
Each mask has a red and blue version, for each red and blue spy.
