Everything is messed up. It is surely no performance issue.
Something similar happens to a couple of other maps I downloaded.
Also at the start a message pop ups saying node graph is out of date.

What can I do to fix this?

First, do you have CS:S?

Nope, I don’t.

That is why. It uses textures from Counter-Strike:Source. Most RP maps do. The only real way to fix this is to buy CS:S.
