Source model textures always come out broken. 3dsMax2012

So whenever I export my model using 3dsMax 2012 with the latest Source Engine plugins, and compile it with GUIStudioMDL it always shows up with black and pink tiles. I’ve went back and forth trying to fix this so I came to Facepunch to find a solution. Here are some images:

And here it is being all broken.

I’ve checked my QC file and made sure the materials path is correct but it still keeps giving me black and purple tiles.

Any solutions?
