Spawn props in base?

How do I spawn props in base without sv_cheats on?

gm_spawn only works in sandbox, and prop_physics_create only works with sv_cheats on

by spawning, I mean like if someone pressed a button, it’d spawn the prop where they’re pointing at.

Untested, but there’s a base to work from. spawnprop models/whatever.mdl
