Spawning issue

Hello dear Facepunch community.
I’m a newbie to Hammer editor, although I’ve made one or two maps and know most of the basics. However I thought it’d be cool too make a map on TF2 this time. Now whenever I spawn I spawn under the map for some reason. An issue I have not had on other games like Half Life or Portal.
Here’s the spawn points, spaced at a good distance:

You’ll see it’s placed in a respawn room.

Yet when I join the game on that exact team…

Have you tried putting your spawns higher? so that they spawn in the air

try setting the “bluespawnforround/redspawnforround”
