Strange things on my textures.


I’m facing an issue where the texture is going crazy, I don’t really what would be causing that.
Here’s the screenshot:


I find this is pretty common for reflective surfaces. Especially where brushes meet. Setting specific brushes in the env_cubemap can fix this issue but makes for a not so smooth transition from cubemap to cubemap.

Try setting all of those brush faces to the same smoothing group (via the texture application tool).

This will prevent the issue from happening again.
