Suppress Bullet Hit Miss Effects?

I’m trying to disable the hit miss sound effect created by bullets for all fired bullets, I’ve looked around on the wiki for anything with no luck. Anyone know how I would go about doing this?

It comes from the tracer having a whiz sound. Change the TracerName key in the FireBullets table.

That would require wither redefining all the tracer effects or just setting all tracers to the same effect right?
I need this to be preformed on all bullets being fired from everything that fires bullets, not just something I made.
