SWEP errors and Sickness models screwed up

I have been getting the same error over and over again on perp servers, I keep getting SWEP errors, missing a file or something like that "non existent files (_weapons_cs_base) and I used to to see people holding guns fine even thought I dont own css the guns were pink but i could see them, now i cant tell when people are holding guns and i have no aiming reticule. I was told to find a css models pack on garrysmod.org and I did but its not working for me.

and also my sickness models are screwed up, they are just error signs and I was told to join an exiled servers that download the files when I join and its still messed up
