Taking an HDRI panorama?

Does anyone know if this is possible in Garrysmod? A 360 degree panorama with 3 stops of exposure?

I would like to composite some things into the game, but I want high quality lighting and reflections, which requires an HDRI.

mat_hdr_tonemapscale controls exposure, but it’s automatic

Is there a way to just take a perfect 360 degree image? Or maybe simulate a fish eye lens effect?
