Tazer SWEP is broken

hey peoples

i recently downloaded the tazer swep (http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=48781)

im running darkrp on downtown v2, whenever i taze someone, theyre model gets up, but they say that their view is stuck to the floor, and they have to rejoin…

has anyone else had this issue? and do they have a solution?

I have this issue as well, a fix would be great as I would love to implant it again.
The assmod ragdoll addon does this as well.
