Team Fortress 2 Blender materials settings

Importing the model and textures hasn’t been a problem for me, but I want to fine tune the materials.

I need to know the settings of the diffuse and specular for the materials, so that the model in Blender looks like the ones within the game. Having it look in-game would assist in making models for the Workshop.

My approximation so far is

Diffuse

  • Color: Hex Value B6B7F4
  • Shader: Lambert
  • Intensity: 1.00
  • Ramp: Off

Specular

  • Color: Hex Value FCE1D4
  • Shader: Phong
  • Intensity: 0.06
  • Hardness: 50
  • Ramp: Off
