Texture Error?

When compiling my tga in StudioCompiler, i get this error:

Converting pyro scream mask.tga from C:/Program Files/Steam/SteamApps/common/Team Fortress 2/bin/vtex.exe -nopause -shader VertexLitGeneric -vmtparam $model 1 “”

ERROR: “” does not specify valid PSD or TGA or PFM+TXT files!

Anyone know a fix or should i just use a different program, if so which one?
