Texture problem

So i’m using Ninja ripper to get some street fighter x tekken models but I have a problem. The meshes come out good but the textures come out messed up.

So what should I do?(I’m using 3dsmax)

try using Intel GPA to get the textures out, if that doesn’t work, check out the .DDS in Photoshop and see if there’s an alpha channel causing this (doubt it)

Are you sure that’s even the diffuse map? Games often have odd looking colorful textures that are used as masks for shaders and such.

I think so, the mouth textures in the top left are normal. But i’m not 100% sure.
I tried again and it seems only the character textures come out bad. Only the mouth
and eye textures are unaffected and normal.
