Textures on model not working.

I have been trying to port old Decay goldsrc models, so I ported the mesh for this obj_pipe1_straight thing. However, the textures are not showing.
I have checked the qc file several times, as well as the location of the aforementioned textures, and it all fits. But the game keeps showing pink and black checkerboard on the model.
I have no idea why it is not working. Help would be appreciated.

are the textures set to the correct path in max or whatever you’re porting through?

yeah, are your materials and material file located in Materials\Models\Decay\obj_pipe1_straight

I´m not using max right now, just porting with studiocompiler and some decompilers.

well, the only reason you’re going to get checkers is if it can’t find the texture or the texture isn’t readable. are you using shaders? shaders (not sure this is the correct word here) with bad paths can cause the same thing to happen.

Nope. No shaders. Only good, old goldsrc plain textures.

Hmm. It seems using studiocompiler advanced worked. I guess the normal qc was not writing the path to the textures correctly for some reason. Strange since the material paths were all correct.This can be closed now.
