What’s the fastest way to export a textured prop in blender, I got my smd fully textured in blender, how would I go about doing the fastest UV rays so I can see the textures in game on my prop. instead of purple and black
If you just need the textures ingame, just use VTFEdit to make VMT and VTF files.

That’s a very basic question… it’s one of the very first things you’d learn for modeling, you make a UV map of the prop and THEN make a texture, suiting the UV map, I suggest you watch a tutorial to get started:
