[TF2] Mapping Problem - ctf_factory

I was making a map but I have 3 problems

  1. The Water and wood floors/walls have a pink-black texture reflection
  2. How do I make a prop and bruch breakable like wood
  3. I see my map in the skybox (I have 1 building in the map yet but in the skybox I see the same but then bigger)

Please post something if you have an awnser and Ill upload images if necassery

  1. place an cubemap over the water, then in console do
    mat_specular 0
    build cubemaps
    mat_specular 1

  2. place a prop_dynamic that can be broken
    3.Move the skybox farther away from the map. Make sure you are running vis on normal.
