means whatever animation you changed, its timescale is smaller (or bigger idk) than the original animation.

How would I fix this?

Go to the animation you changed, and make it (i think) the same time as the original animation.

(I found this out on CSGO Editing the P250)
I cant remember the exact words. But if the P250s shoot time is 12 keyframes. Than it cant be shorter than 12 Keyframes. Same for reload. If it is 90 Keyframes than it cant be lower than 90 Keyframes.

Did not know this. I feel really dumb now. I’m going away tomorrow so I’ll have to edit my animation in a couple days.
