What are good settings for tick rate and FPS?

Tickrate 100, FPS (Max) i have at 520

I’ve been told tick rate at 100 for GMod doesn’t work well

Depends on the server. And 100 is too high for most gamemodes.

yeh i tried running my TTT at 100 and had weird problems with doors Etc so i reverted the chances.
I also run my TTT at 512 fps.
