Too many indices to buffer

Hi,

I am getting this appear in my servers console on my TTT server, as this appears everyone crashes from the server with a dialog box saying that there is too many indices to buffer - https://gyazo.com/0e7044d7c027952091d8d3e0c7ec1921

CreateFragmentsFromFile: ‘user_custom/d4/d4640cfa.dat’ doesn’t exist.
CreateFragmentsFromFile: ‘user_custom/a7/a7d0f11e.dat’ doesn’t exist.
CreateFragmentsFromFile: ‘user_custom/85/8550a27d.dat’ doesn’t exist.
CreateFragmentsFromFile: ‘user_custom/2b/2b1be04d.dat’ doesn’t exist.
CreateFragmentsFromFile: ‘user_custom/82/8252f7b0.dat’ doesn’t exist.
CreateFragmentsFromFile: ‘user_custom/0e/0eeae2e5.dat’ doesn’t exist.
CreateFragmentsFromFile: ‘user_custom/2b/2b7233ad.dat’ doesn’t exist.
CreateFragmentsFromFile: ‘user_custom/89/89b96ea2.dat’ doesn’t exist.

I don’t really understand what this means exactly and was hoping if anyone could give me some insight so I can look into fixing the issue.

I’m going to suggest two things I’m guessing it might be. If this “CreateFragmentsFromFile” errror showed up only immediately before the crash then maybe someone tried putting a spray on really complex geometry which led to a crash. If the error was showing even before I’m guessing either a really complex, and poorly made, models did some funky shit and caused a crash, or some ragdoll fuckery caused it. There’s really not enough info to tell.
