TTT End Round Conditions

Hi.
Which Conditions do we have in TTT when everybody dies at the same time (e.g. by ply:Kill()) and how can I change them ?
What I mean: If it´s WIN_TIMELIMIT then the Condition is WIN_INNOCENT.
