TTT Round state

Is there any way to check for the current round state in ttt?
I know the hooks are called once the state is set, but what if I want to check it regardless? (e.g. When a player types !state it will print what the round state is in the console)

GetRoundState() == ROUND_WAIT/ROUND_PREP/ROUND_ACTIVE/ROUND_POST
