I was in my gmod server then I crashed and it said something about telling the client to up the vertex. What does this mean? I have the port :27016.

It means the amount of vertexes that appeared on screen at the time was too many, and that the limit requires to be upped. Whilst there is no fix for this (usually the map was made half arsed), verifying the integrity of the Gmod Cache can help resolve this problem.
