vrad.exe Stopped Working

The .bsp is only 5mb when it should be 17mb+
All shadows are gone when I play it.

The skybox isn’t the problem because it worked before and I didn’t change anything.
Please help.

raise your lightmap scales

I did. I set all of the large areas to 32.

EDIT:
I made the water about half the size…I guess that fixed it.

Change the lightmap scales on all water faces to 512 because lightmaps don’t really affect water.
