So I have 3ds Max 2011 64 bit installed. I got the SMD exporter/importer from http://www.wunderboy.org/documentation.php
Now, I’m wondering where to go from here.
I’m not asking for a full tutorial ( although that would be helpful ), but if you could just maybe post some visuals or instructions on:
- how to import the valve skeleton / playermodel or whatever you view while editing
- make a simple animation
- export smd to mdl
- import to gmod
That would be very helpful.
I have no experience in animation at all, so please don’t assume I would know how to finish an animation without fairly descriptive instructions.
