Weird visual crash in vehicles

I’ve been playing for a while and this seems to happen to me occasionally:

I’ll get in a chair mounted on a vehicle I made, and then when I get out, my screen locks. Not my computer, just Gmod. I can still hear sounds, I have full control over my character, and can access the menu, but the view doesn’t change.

Can anyone help?

Try see what happens when you type kill in console.

This can also happen with stuff like ragdoll with ASSMod or ULX, or sleep in Rolepplay scripts, i dont know whats causing it, but ive been looking for a fix.
