"Welding" with applyForce

I managed to make props follow me, but I started wondering; “How can I use an E2-chip to make a prop keep itself paralell to another prop?”

ApplyForce, applyAngForce and angVelVector seems useful, but I don’t know how to put this thing together.

Also, is it possible to make things paralell to players too?
