I’ve see the term used all the time in context with models, but I have no idea what it means. I couldn’t figure it out by google, anyone care to fill me in?
It basically means that you edit all the models and materials with a HEX editor so that they’re independent from the actual skins. Lets say I want a new player model. If I just create a skin of a model, then it will overwrite one, but if you HEX them, that is edit their paths to a new path, I can create an entirely new model.
