Where are the ttt chat files?

For my server, we’re running hitman. We added a new role, replacing the detectives with jihadists. We were able to fix their voices appearing blue in voice chat so they won’t be given away, but their chat messages are still blue. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

If you’re looking for change the color of detectives chat lines, you can take a look here

cl_voice.lua

You’ll see something like this

[lua]
elseif role == ROLE_DETECTIVE then
chat.AddText(Color( 20, 100, 255 ),
Format("(%s) ", string.upper(GetTranslation(“detective”))),
Color( 25, 200, 255), //Detective chat color
sender:Nick(),
Color( 200, 255, 255), //Detective chat color
": " … text)
end
[/lua]

yea the weird thing is that’s what we tried earlier, ours is this:

   elseif role == ROLE_DETECTIVE then
      chat.AddText(Color( 0, 200, 0 ),
                   Format("(%s) ", string.upper(GetTranslation("detective"))),
                   Color( 0, 200, 0),
                   sender:Nick(),
                   Color( 200, 255, 255),
                   ": " .. text)
   end

yet it still doesn’t work

Also did you see this?

[lua]
– Detectives have a blue name, in both chat and radio messages
local function AddDetectiveText(ply, text)
chat.AddText(Color(50, 200, 255),
ply:Nick(),
Color(255,255,255),
": " … text)
end
[/lua]

yup ours is this:

-- Detectives have a blue name, in both chat and radio messages
local function AddDetectiveText(ply, text)
   chat.AddText(Color(0, 200, 0),
                ply:Nick(),
                Color(255,255,255),
                ": " .. text)
end

whats weird is that radio messages and team chat works fine, just not the global chat

Sir! You won…
I was looking for team colors too but they only set this only for traitors and terrorist, so there’s not much to do, that’s weird, these functions should changed the color

What about removing or changing the color of DEAD?
Sorry for bump.xHavent found a answer for this anywhere!
