Where did the css weapons go?

I’m looking for the code for them but i can’t find them in my gmod folder. i remember them being in the addons until some update but where are they now?

Anyone know how to make a custom weapon selection bar. i want to disable the default hl2 one and replace it with my own.

Not like that i mean you know when you mouse scroll it switches through the weapons you have on the top of your screen? I want to make my own custom version that will look better with my hud.
