Where is the problem ? ( Eye Texutre Bug )

Hello all, i believe everyone had this problem and fixed it somehow, so on my all previous models everything worked pretty well maybe because of the different mesh type, but on this one i can’t figure out where is the problem, tried to edit the Coordinate parameters in the .qc and rescale the eyeball in 3ds max. But the bug is still there.

Preview in SDK ( Duplicate texture ):

a) change the mesh to be more flat
b) actually setup the eyes - QC eyes should help you for instance
