Where to find Gmod Publishing Utility?

I have searched for a half hour and cant find shit, first result is sourceforge but it doesnt give me the jar file that I remember it having, only like 500 files called “randomletter”.class…

Nvm winrar just thought rar was a rar file for some stupid reason and it tricked me…

Delete this thread before my stupidity spreads

I use GAC(Garry’s Mod Addon Creator) and it works great. Allows you to upload, extract, and make gma files with ease.
