When I go into this one type of water its all white and when i look up its purple and black. Other waters are fine.

I think I know what you mean. I’ve had this happen before. It might be a settings problem.

It’s most likely a problem with the intel graphics. Try looking for a driver update for your intel graphics, if you can’t find one, then you’ll have to try turning down settings.
my garrysmod settings are usualy low, last time ive checked, it was max on everything, hmm, ima try changing the water reflectinos or soemthing

I had the same problem last year or so, after a gmod update.
Just out of question:
What map are you playing on?
That error can occur when the Under Water texture is missing.
Do you have CSS Or Does you map have any requirements?
i got that and it was actually the fault of the mapper.
He is having white underwater, not pink and black
Pink & Black = Missing Texture
White = Might be some sort of shader problem?
Try running gmod with -dxlevel 81

Maybe it’s a mod or skin you downloaded wrong or a corrupt file.
