Why are the crosshairs showing up on this weapon?

This is a hands weapon for my gamemode. All it is supposed to do is show the person who is using the “hands” weapon, his hands will be at his side when he uses it. But, I am getting crosshairs in the middle of my screen when I use it. Why?

Why the “*SWEP *”?

copypasted and cba to change it.
